Delete Messages Admin page
You can use the Delete Messages admin page to quickly search and delete messages from the discussion group.Steps
1. You can view the built-in Delete Messages for your site by adding "/admin/deleteMessages" to the URL of your Manila site:
eg. yourdomain.com/admin/deleteMessages
2. After a matching message is found, it's added to the search results where you can check a box and then click the Delete Messages button. You can also click the top checkbox to automatically select/unselect all the boxes.
Search
The search term is case insensitive and includes the poster's email address, subject line and body text in the search.
Once it finds 25 items or goes through 500 messages, the search stops and returns those items. Click the Continue Searching button to resume searching.
If you have been attacked by a DG spammer, you can include a string like "<script" or "javascript:" to look for those malicious JavaScript redirects.
Deleting Messages
One difference from deleting messages from the Admin box below messages, the Delete Messages page clears out the subject line and text of the deleted message. So you will be unable to undelete messages.
