Accelerating Open Source Software Quality and Security

Initiated in 2006 in collaboration with the US Department of Homeland Security, the Coverity Scan Initiative works with some of the most widely adopted open source projects including Linux, PHP, Apache, and Android to help enforce the quality and security of open source software.

"Coverity's static source code analysis has proven to be an effective step towards furthering the quality and security of Linux."
-Andrew Morton, Lead Kernel Maintainer
