Service has been great and highly recommended. I use wordpress.com (which they provide). The solution has catered for me from when I started in the big world of blogging, to now when I am a bit more advanced and am using custom wordpress themes, SEO, jetpack, etc. Support has always responded quickly. Only gripe I would have is that Í pay approx 20USD a year for extras, eg: domain hosting and privacy (so my name does not appear in domain lookups). Whilst these are worthwhile, they are in addition to the 3-year hosting deal I paid for, where I thought everything had been included.

My wife and I volunteered to create a web site for our church. It developed into something more complex and bigger than we had imagined. The tech support has been great and they always had patience for my lack of understanding. The site is up and running and we are very pleased.

I am very new to to the world of web hosting and had a ton of hosting sites recommended to me. But, after researching them all web hosting hub was the only one with 24/7 customer support from the USA! That was very important to me being a beginner with websites. So far the support and tools I have worked with have been great. Every call in to the support center has been a great experience. In addition, you can't beat the price. I am very happy with my service here and have other family members ready to switch over soon. I can't say enough good about this company!!

I just had a few quick questions for you guys so I initiated a chat. Daniel P quickly responded to my chat request. He had all the answers for the questions. He must have ESP because he was even able to answer a question I just couldn’t put in words! Daniel was very courteous and professional the whole time. Even when I was called away from my computer, he waited for a while for my return before terminating the conversation. Even upon closing, he was respectful in his salutation. I wish tech support for the other businesses were above reproach like WebHub. Thanks again for providing great support to both existing customers and potential newbies! You guys are awesome!

They are awesome! Their customer support is fantastic and their other services are awesome as well. They are always there to answer any of my questions and help me with any issues im having. I had to have my domains transferred to them and they made the process quick and easy. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been with other hosts and I am here to tell you these folks are doing it right. Pre-sales they provided me with gracious time to answer all my questions/concerns. After I purchased they are there with the same professional courtesy. Though only a short time and the site is only now beginning to take shape, the experience has been exceptional. Oh, and one of the main things that helped me decide to use these folks; they are American. We can actually carry on a conversation!

Sir or madam, Within 15 minutes, Mark had answered my initial questions, soothed my novice nerves, and communicated with me in English about what I needed to do to accomplish my goals. I had some tech problem aug 4 and spoke to one of the online chart representative Jonathan P who was very helpful. If there were a rating system, I would have definitely rate him 5 stars. He solved my problems and answered all my questions and at the same time, very polite and professional. thanks very much for the great service. : )

I had an online chat with Shaylor M. I was having trouble with media wiki connecting to my sql database. Through the exchange we figured out how to get it working. She was very kind and patient. This is the reason I switched from HostGator to WHH.
