Michael Mendillo thinks he heads our research group in the Center for Space Physics. He is a faculty member in the Department of Astronomy and in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.  When not in Fenway Park, his research interests include ionospheric and space plasma physics, planetary atmospheres, historical astronomy, space based "active" experiments, and ground based optical and radio diagnostics.
