Don’t you just love the changing of the seasons? The following is what autumn means to me…
…Leaves trembling in the cooling breezes and turning glorious colors.
…………..A bittersweet trade off storing the flip flops and unpacking boots.
……..Curling up with warm cinnamon toast, hot tea and crisp apples for an afternoon snack.
…………………..Cashmere sweaters, leather boots & down comforters.
…Walks through rustling leaves, collecting acorns, pinecones and feathers.
………..Realizing that every recipe I am making seems to include bacon.
……Sifting through family photos to see if any of them are Holiday card material.
…Putting silver polish on my grocery list to polish-up for the entertaining season.
……………Browsing through cookbooks and blogs for savory and sweet recipes.
.....Baking extravaganza begins for the season.
…….….More baking, followed by appropriately abundant amounts of eating.
……Hugging! Especially if you’re wearing a sweater and they’re wearing a sweater, it makes for an especially snuggly experience.
…Red lipstick. It looks fabulous on every woman and I never knew a fellow that didn’t like it on his cheek.
……………Ogling at the dramatic store window installations at Bergdorf Goodman.

JULISKA HERITAGE
Juliska’s many creations whether glass, ceramic, metal or otherwise, all have rich European heritage spanning six centuries of European design. Founded in 2001, Juliska began by authentically reproducing antique Bohemian Glass pieces with artisans in the hills outside Prague. Our designs combine exquisite historic themes with imaginative new interpretations, authentically crafted by artisans and technical experts to produce exceptional design, functionality and quality.
