ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

Participants wishing to present a paper should send a 1-2 page extended abstract to pfldnet2004@portnoy.lbl.gov by October 15, 2003. Authors whose abstracts are selected for presentation will have the option to submit a full paper, to be published on the PFLDnet 2004 web site. We may try to collect the best papers for a special edition of a journal, if there is sufficient interest.
