Registrants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements, travel from the airport, and so on. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Argonne Guest House, which is on-site at Argonne National Lab. The meeting will be held in the APS (Advanced Photon Source) auditorium, which is just behind the Argonne Guest House. The auditorium is at the main entrance to the APS building.
