The City of Oxnard Affordable Housing and Rehabilitation Division is dedicated to providing quality housing for the residents of the City.

The Affordable Housing and Rehabilitation Division has the following available to City of Oxnard residents: first-time homebuyer programs, home repair programs and mobilehome replacement programs.  For more information on these programs click on the link provided under each program.  Programs are available based upon funding availability.
