Zeroll ice cream scoops have been made in the USA since 1935. The dippers are made from cast aluminum, with a heat conductive fluid inside the handle. The fluid will transfer heat from your hand to defrost the ice cream. The scoops are designed to roll the ice cream and give you 20% more servings per gallon. Sherman Kelly started the company in his garage in Toledo, Ohio. The company was hindered during World War II because the aluminum was needed for the war. After the war the company experienced many changes in the product and the company name. In 1968 Tom and Art Funka bought the business and the company quickly regained a reputation for quality products. Today the company is located in Ft. Pierce, Florida and offers a wide range of scoops. The Zeroll Co. celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2010.
