Just look, for instance, at how much some companies have had to pay out in legal fees and fines to deal with FCPA charges. But getting that message across is often difficult for compliance officers. Our panel discusses what they do to keep their companies out of trouble as well as how they convey that message to executives and board members.

BEST PRACTICES: The Board: What They Want To See & Hear From Compliance Officers
Compliance is an area that boards are having to spend more time thinking and monitoring. In increasing cases, compliance officers report directly to them. But what do these individuals really want to know and hear? What do they need to know about training, dealing with a new rule or, perhaps most importantly, a potentially troubling situation? Our panel gives its take.

THE WORLD: Going Into New Markets; How To Ensure Compliance Doesn't Get Left Behind

Our panelists talk about the strategies they are using to keep information that should not get out from getting out.
