Sorry if I missed this! I got a flier about it on the subway and didn't recall hearing about it.

It looks like great weather this weekend, so I'm gonna stop on by! Good placement for it since it's the First Saturday for the Museum and the Cherry Blossom Festival at BBG and with the 2/3 not running, some people may be walking in that area rather than taking the trains. If they take the 4/5 they may be forced to..

Yes! I've been hoping a flea/antique market would get going a bit closer to Crown Heights. And with it being the same weekend as the Cherry Blossom festival, it's sure to draw a crowd. YAY!

We walked by today and there couldn't have been more than 10 vendors. Very poor turnout for a market promoting 40+ vendors.

I agree with Attilla -- I stopped by and while the vendors there were nice, it was very tiny. I hope that between the big Brooklyn Flea, the Sterling/Franklin one (is it returning?) and now this one, things don't get stretched thin in the later two ... I guess we'll see as a summer goes.

there were a lot of people walking through since the museum and gardens were packed yesterday. they had a drum tent set up and it got some people to walk over, but there wasn't much to see.

Agreed- not too many people, but I'm very happy this is happening- it's a great little park and I'm sure once it catches on there'll be more action in terms of traffic and vendors.

By the way- in the summertime there's jazz on Thursday evenings (think they start at 5pm- go until 7-7.30)- it's a nice way to enjoy a weeknight out in the nabe.
