Premium Tables
£4,000 + VAT
A Premium Table will guarantee your company a prime location on the floor of the Great Room. These tables can only be purchased as tables for 10 people. As part of your premium booking you will receive a branded meeting point in the main reception of the PRWeek Awards, which will allow you to meet and greet your guests at a specified point in the room. Your booking will also include a half-bottle of wine per person.
Table of 10 without wine
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 27 July 2012): £2,450 + VAT
Standard Rate (Bookings received after Friday 27 July 2012): £2,650 + VAT
Table of 10 with wine
Early Bird Rate (Bookings received before Friday 27 July 2012 ): £2,650 + VAT

Charity rate

The deadline for cancellations will be 21 September 2012, after this date, no refunds will be available; this includes bookings made after this date.
