Lesley Mansford

CEO

I want to make a difference by democratizing philanthropy so that everyone can be a philanthropist.

Lesley is a seasoned GM, marketer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in interactive entertainment with companies like Electronic Arts. She was co-founder and COO of pogo.com, the largest online casual games community which was acquired by EA in 2001.

Her passions include food, sustainability and women's entrepreneurship. Currently she is on the board of the Leadership Institute for the Ecology and the Economy, on the board of advisors for Smart Gardener and is an active volunteer for The Women's Initiative. Lesley graduated from Bristol University, England and lives in the San Francisco Bay area.

Karen Schulman

CMO

I want to make a difference by empowering people to champion their favorite causes.

Karen is a pioneer in the casual, social, and video games business. Over the past 20 years, she has held senior business development and marketing roles in Fortune 50 companies and start-ups, and has built #1 brands worth billions. Karen was an SVP at Electronic Arts and the co-founder of both the EA Sports and Pogo brands. Before coming to Razoo, she was a General Manager and Partner at Microsoft leading the Windows Gaming division.

In addition to launching start-ups, Karen's passions include traveling and cooking, often at the same time. She has been to all seven continents and earned a professional degree in Pastry Arts. Karen also holds a BA in Political Science from The University of California, Santa Barbara.

Jeremy Burton

CTO

I want to make a difference by enabling anyone to change the world based on their values and the issues they care about.

Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience building high-growth businesses and marrying technology with social good.

In the 1990s, Jeremy was a member of the founding management team of Symbian, the creator of the mobile platform that has powered over half a billion devices. He was subsequently co-founder and Chief Software Architect of Intuwave, a mobile technology company sold to Symbian in 2005. In 2005, he co-founded Sonopia; a company allowing non-profits to offer mobile services to their supporters and share in the profits.

Prior to Razoo, Jeremy was Chief Technology Officer at Fundly; a company providing social fundraising tools to non-profits. Jeremy has also worked in Venture Capital - as an Executive-in-Residence at Ariadne Capital and advisor to funds including 3i, Partech and Amadeus Capital.

Robert Carter

VP, Product Development

I want to make a difference by creating tools that help fundraisers achieve their dreams and make giving fun and (even more) rewarding.

Robert is a product guy and long-time Apple fanboy (first computer: Apple Mac SE w 40MB HD) whose career journey has spanned from eCommerce stalwarts Amazon and Gap to fashion and Pinterest precursor Kaboodle, online photo-sharing pioneer Ofoto/Kodak Gallery, and remote technical support startup Support.com. He is a practiced devotee of Agile and Scrum, dangerous with a keyboard (in a good way with words, and occasionally a bad way with SQL), and relentlessly curious about how to build stuff people want silly fast. He joined Razoo to harness that energy in service of online philanthropy.

When he's not listening to 5x5 podcasts or KEXP, he's a card-carrying depressive (again) of Red Sox Nation, a mixologist, and believes that pretty much everything tastes better fried.

Bo Lotinsky

VP, Operations

I want to make a difference by helping others experience the joy of giving so they can encourage others to do the same.

After starting his career in manufacturing with a Fortune 100 company, Bo transitioned to serving organizations during their start-up phase. He has over 20 years of management experience in the 501(c)(3) sector, half of those in the executive director role. Prior to coming to Razoo he was the Assistant VP of Strategy for a video telecommunications company serving the deaf community. Bo has enjoyed a fulfilling career with organizations and companies devoted to helping others.

Bo has a B.S. in Business Administration from IUP and likes to believe that he paved the way for graduates who followed, like Chad Hurley of YouTube fame. Originally from western Pennsylvania where he became a die-hard Steelers fan, he now lives in the Washington DC area.

Mandi Berry

Customer Support Representative

I want to make a difference by being a blessing to others in my thoughts, words and deeds.

Mandi was born and raised in Arkansas, where she received her BA in History from the University of Arkansas. She began her foray into the nonprofit world while attending Baylor University's Museum Studies MA Program. Since then she has worked at an historic village, The Dr Pepper Museum, interned at The Smithsonian Associates, and once hung a Picasso! At Razoo she helps with nonprofit and donors by phone and email support. She enjoys serving her church, reading, talking with her sweet family back home, hanging out with her fun friends, and baking yummy treats.

Aaron Borrelli

Customer Support Representative

I want to make a difference by humbly placing others’ wants and needs before my own.

Aaron grew up in Matthews, North Carolina as one of seven brothers and sisters. He went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Business Management. His nonprofit experience began in Washington, D.C. working for a men’s homeless shelter called Central Union Mission as a development, communications and outreach associate. At Razoo, Aaron strives to serve the individual customer through investing time and energy in their wants and needs. Aaron is passionate about competing in any physical capacity, such as long distance running, biking, hiking, rock climbing and kayaking. He also loves spending time with his family, cooking new and exciting foods, serving his church and taking road trips to explore new places.

Matt Camp

Senior Graphic Designer

I want to make a difference by connecting causes to their communities.

Matt is a proud DC/NOVA native and SCAD graduate. With a BFA in painting, his career has spanned the fine-arts industry as well as commercial design. At Razoo, Matt uses his super-powers for good (not evil), by helping marketing campaigns and collateral look as good as possible.

In his free time he enjoys jogging around the national mall, going to the laurel racetrack and ordering "platters" at happy hour.

Shai Chu

Marketing Specialist

I want to make a difference by being diligent in the little things that reduce our carbon footprint.

Shai, originally from Shanghai, grew up in Hong Kong until she came over to the US for her undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at The University of Pennsylvania. Shai started with Razoo in 2007 when it was a mere beansprout and has transitioned through many different positions; from Office Manager, HR and Operations manager to her current position as the Project Coordinator. Shai uses her design instincts to coordinate the production of website content, print and online collateral and ensures design projects are delivered on time. She is known as the team player who 'gets things done' and has a knack for planning conferences and special events.

Outside of Razoo, Shai takes care of her little boy, Nicholas and dreams about travel; the Maldives, Mongolia and hiking the Machu Picchu are definitely on her list. She also loves music and is currently pursuing a degree in Music song writing and production through the Berklee School of Music.

Mike Cowden

Director of Product Engineering

I want to make a difference by enabling people to pool their generosity and make the world a better place.

Michael brings to Razoo a strong knowledge of web application development, mobile technologies, and agile engineering practices. His experience with scrum and ability to distill features down to their simplest solution has been instrumental in streamlining the company's development process, while cultivating a culture of collaboration.

Prior to his work at Razoo, Michael was a co-founder in several successful Internet start-ups. From developing award winning Internet-telephony applications over a decade ago to clinical research management systems more recently, his ability to quickly understand and adapt to new domains and technologies has remained constant.

Michael graduated from Towson University with a degree in Psychology and Computer Science. In his spare time he enjoys writing and playing music.

She studied painting at Cornell University and has been involved in social justice nonprofits to advocate for victims of sex trafficking, support mentorship/educational initiatives, and help refugees resettle in the U.S. She enjoys contemporary art, good books, and dreams of someday visiting North Korea.

Bryce Melvin

Senior Accountant

I want to make a difference by helping people manage their money wisely, freeing them to be generous to those in need.

One of Bryce’s earliest childhood memories is “playing bank” with his grandparents' safe and manual adding machine. Thanks to his entrepreneurial parents, he started a computer repair and tutoring business at the age of 12. At the age of 16, Bryce started Proforma Expressed Image, a printing company, and later sold the company to enroll at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While at FSU he studied Entrepreneurship and Finance and put his entrepreneurial drive to work at Aegis Business Technologies through innovating internal processes and procedures. As the Senior Accountant at Razoo, Bryce is responsible for making sure employees, vendors, and non-profits are paid in a timely and efficient manner. Bryce has volunteered with several non-profits and has a passion for helping both companies and individuals succeed at managing their money.

Bryce was born and raised in Marianna, Florida and is the oldest of eight siblings. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats, traveling to eastern Europe, and touring the D.C. area.

Claire Moore

Nonprofit Partnerships Manager

I want to make a difference by investing in the interests of others.

Claire joins us after completing a degree in History at The Catholic University of America. She is responsible for taking care of nonprofits and helping them succeed. Her voice, and infectious laughter, can be heard training nonprofits during webinars, brainstorming creative fundraising ideas, and empowering those who are making a difference in the world. When not eating snacks from the Razoo kitchen, Claire enjoys running, reading, drinking coffee and exploring D.C. Having grown up in Dallas, she spends the rest of her free time cheering for the Cowboys and Longhorns.

Ifdy Perez

Community Manager

I want to make a difference by helping to create a place where our future heroes can find support, and ideas spread like wildfire.

Ifdy joined the Razoo team in July 2011 after working five years in communications and program management at a foundation dedicated to improving the lives of 24 million Americans with lung disease (COPD Foundation). A Washington D.C. native, Ifdy attended the University of Miami, where she graduated with a degree in Political Science and English. In Miami she caught the philanthropy bug and hasn’t been able to fight it; she regularly volunteered as a summer camp counselor for high school girls, worked with individuals affected by COPD, and once a month, helps at her local church’s food pantry. When she’s not having active conversations with the community on Twitter, Facebook or the blog, she’s hitting the ski slopes at Wisp Mountain, writing short stories, or figuring out how to cook.

Lisa Pourkhomami

Senior Software Engineer

I want to make a difference by helping people connect through generosity.

Lisa, originally from Baltimore, is no stranger to the D.C. area. She comes to Razoo from the Earth Science community where she has helped NASA centers make petabytes of Earth Observation data available to scientists, educators, and other government agencies -through software of course! Lisa has a BS in Computer Science and MS in Software Engineering from The University of Maryland and loves the creativity and challenge that comes with writing software. Her other passions include cooking, traveling, and (unfortunately) celebrity gossip.

Will Schneider

Senior Systems Engineer

I want to make a difference by supporting technology that allows people to connect and share in meaningful ways.

Will joined the Razoo team in 2011 after spending the past five years as a Managed Service engineer in the webhosting industry. Will works behind the scenes to make sure the Razoo platform stays stable, fast, and secure.
