Linear Transformation with Given Eigenvectors

Drag the locators to specify two eigenvectors and their corresponding eigenvalues (taken from the length of the vectors). The image shows how a linear transformation, uniquely determined by these eigenvector/eigenvalue pairs, transforms points on the unit circle.
