Because Quality Is Not A Part-time Commitment!

Going against the industry norm, Gold Star Inspection is a unique program in our industry. Thor Motor Coach requires every motorhome built to pass a detailed 200+ point Gold Star Inspection where many of our competitors simply spot check for quality on a few of their coaches. To take it a step further, every coach is subjected to a real world road test and a high pressure 360 degree rain test that simulates a tropical hurricane.

We will not allow one of our coaches to enter our dealer network without earning the Gold Star Inspection Seal.

The Gold Star Inspection includes the testing of the following:

• Appliance
• LP System
• Electrical System
• Heating System
• Air Conditioning System
• Fresh Water Systems
• Grey Water Systems
• And Many More…

Each coach will also undergo a:

• Complete Road Test
• High Pressure 360 Degree Rain Test
• Review of every Component's Fit & Finish
