About This Directory

This electronic directory contains information about departments at Penn State. In addition to the information commonly found in telephone books, this directory also contains information such as e-mail addresses and links to departmental Web pages, if they exist. In order to use this directory, your browser must support online forms. Note that information obtained here is not guaranteed to be accurate. Fields containing information such as e-mail addresses, Web page URLs, and fax numbers are user-editable and may not accurately reflect the actual data. Use this data at your own risk. How to Search

In the Department Name: field enter the name/other information about the department and click the <Search> button. You can use the wildcard character "*" to search (e.g. "info*" will work for "Information Science and Technology"). Matching in LDAP is done on a word-by-word basis (e.g. "math" will not find The Mathematics Department but "math*" will find it ). Note that every department may not have an entry in this database as not every Penn State academic department/unit has an official Web site.
