Inspired by the music and story of Russian composer Sergi Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf (written in 1936), this adaptation includes the idea of a play within a play. The beloved children’s tale is set in the Russian countryside during the early 20th century and features a significant life lesson about the importance of following directions.
