Q: How do I get started?
A: Create an account, order a board, choose your setup options, and pay the fee. The automated system will process your payment and activate your board within aprox 2 hours. Remember to get your "Reason" entry correct, try your admin panel first if your not sure of the reason to enter.
Q. Where do I send payment?
A. Currently, send payments to Griefwatch. NOTE: This is a corporation.
Q. When can I have my killboard active?
A. Your killboard is activated in about 2 hours if you pay the exact fee. Be sure you pay the amount that corresponds to your board type.
Q. I need support. Where do I go? I have a special request. Where do I go?

Q. Can I have a personal killboard and can my corp have one, too?
A. Absolutely.
Q. My killboard is inactive. How to I reinstate it?
A. Simply pay as you would at any other time, the ISK value that matches your board type and your normal "Reason" entry. If you have lost your admin details as well, look for the sticky in the support forum about admin details. Welcome your KB back into your arms.
Q. I want a custom banner. What do I do?
A. Log into admin.griefwatch.net and in the killboard settings you will find a browse option that lets you browse your local computer for your banner. Just upload this to the servers and wham! custom banner!
Q. I want to host the killboard on my site. What do I do?
A. You need to be the administrator for your domain. Point the CNAME/A Record to 207.150.203.86. A definition of CNAME.
Q. I lost my password to my killboard. What do I do?
A. Dude, you can kill ppl in EVE but you can't remember a password? Well ok, just go to the customer support forums on Battleclinic and look for the sticky on getting your admin details sent to you.
Q. The administrator of our killboard is gone. How do we get control?
A. Doh. Hope he didn't raid your corp hangars, either. Go to the customer support forums on Battleclinic and leave a post about the issue and everything will be handled from there.
