- When will my order ship?

- What's your refund policy for purchases?
- Topspin has a no refund policy which can be found on our refund policy page.
- Am I purchasing through a secure website?
- Purchases made through an Artist using the Topspin back-end are all via SSL. We have additional information in our Fan Support forum.
- Why was my credit card declined?
- Please contact your bank to make sure there isn't an issue with your card. If you've already contacted your bank, it may be that our payment processor has flagged your purchase for review for some reason. Instructions for continuing your purchase can be found by clicking here.
