Brasilian social networks have gone nuts over the weekend over the new single of New York rockers The Strokes which resembles the sound of legendary Brasilian band Banda Calypso. With a high tone guitar very similar to the sound of Banda Calypso´s boss guitarrero Chimbinha, and synth lines popular in the North Eastern state of Parrá, the current Brasilian euphoria is evident.
