Sold a PC to Jim and although it arrived faulty due to an unknown reason, Jim went extra lengths in order to get the PC working through rebuilding the whole PC and diagnosing it. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have bought my PC, it was really unfortunate with what happened to the PC but I was lucky that Jim managed to fix it. Thank you once again! |

| Ordered CPU, mobo and ram. The ram turned out to be end of life, refunded very promptly. Motherboard had a fault, RMA turned around with 3 days to confirm fault and refund issued. All communication prompt and helpful, eNote system works. It's not what happens when everything works out that you judge a company on, but when things go wrong. Could not have asked for anything more from them | |

| Bought a SSD on a sale and it took a week to come. Looks like even though i ordered it on the Friday, they didn't actually post it until the following wednesday, arriving 2 days later. 2 day delivery is good but why post 3 working days after order is beyond me. Still a good seller. | |

| I bought 3XS system back in 2010 from Scan and recently i decided to upgrade some more ram and a new Monitor i emailed the guys at Scan and asked for advice what to get they recommended a very reasonably costed 8 gig ram upgrade and a monitor thats one of the ones suggested by guys on hexus as well. I ordered it this weekend and got it today Monday first thing in the afternoon. The monitor stand is kinda wobly but the monitor itself is great and ram installed really hassle free. Both customer service and products were great. | |

| Bought a range of components (SSD, CPU cooler, RAM etc) for a new build. After taking into account the free delivery for Hexus member they were by far the cheapest. Service was fantastic, you get an email at each stage of the delivery process (order recieved -> payment recieved -> order picked -> order dispached) to keep you up-to date. Will defiantly use again! Defiantly recommend! Only way I would buy from elsewhere (next time I need components) is if there is a significant price difference (which I doubt there will be). | |

| Bought Chassis (Corsair 300R) and PSU (XFX pro 450W). Bought on their free delivery system, which took aaages. Actual delivery was 48 hours, but it took over a week before they shipped it out. Delivery was sent to BILLING address rather than delivery address. Which meant it cost me a further £11 to have the items re-delivered. Spoke to Ebuyer customer service who blamed Paypal... Even through I didnt use paypal!! To round it off. The PSU was advertised to have 2x PCI-E connections, it only had 1. So I had to buy a molex to PCI-E 6pin adapter (£3). Though it was actually advertised on the XFX website the same. So all in all, £95 worth of products cost me £109. Other than that the Case & PSU are fantastic! | |
