The Estate is set in the lush Frome valley in the south west of England in the county of Dorset. Sitting astride this famous English chalkstream, the river flows through a series of watermeadows and withybeds. On either side of the river the land rises up steeply onto the traditional gorse downlands, interspersed by deep chalk valleys which offer such wonderful opportunities for the game shot.

Wrackleford has now been passed through into the hands of the fifth and sixth generations. It was through the foresight of each of the previous custodians that now enables Oliver and Katie Pope to offer some of the finest chalkstream fishing and a game shoot that has been equalled to some of the most sporting in the country.
