Van Ness Feldman Assists Gibbs Technologies in Making Quadski Amphibious Vehicle a Reality

October 17, 2012

Van Ness Feldman client Gibbs Technologies, which specializes in the production of amphibious sports vehicles, was profiled recently by the New York Times.  Van Ness Feldman Partner,  Dick Penna and Of Counsel, Andrea Campbell, worked with Gibbs and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to ensure that the Quadski—a vehicle that can achieve high-speeds on both land and water—was classified as a marine vehicle in order to meet the EPA’s emissions standards.  Previously the firm worked to help Gibbs classify its larger amphibious vehicle—the Phibian.

For additional information about the Quadski, you may read the New York Times article here.  Additional information about the Phibian can be found here.
