The internet is entering a new era.  Free sites are closing daily, and the .com's are falling off the internet by the thousands,  

Only the strong have survived.  It's time to start over.  It's time to rebuild this almost failed experiment called the World Wide Web.

How?

Great question.  How does anything become great again.  

People.

This website isn't filled with pop up banners, and sites that send you on a random endless search for items or pictures.  It's not filled with randomly filled and generated gateway pages that any Search engine software creates with "Bondage" in the meta tags 10000 times.  It's not filled with XXX passes that requires that you hop through 50 hoops just to get to a web site that's not even up any longer.

It's my idea, to create a links page that only carries quality Internet sites.

Each site you will see inside is hand picked.  I have personally visited each site inside, and will only allow top quality sites in this list.  I'll weed out the crap, so you don't have to.  There are hundreds of sites on the inside. that have been hand chosen, and carry the Handcuff.com stamp of approval.
