AN ACT PROHIBITING THE UNREASONABLE CONFINEMENT AND TETHERING OF DOGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 22 of the general statutes be amended to define and prohibit the unreasonable confinement and tethering of dogs.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance public safety and canine welfare.
