Services for Research
- IT Services provide key IT infrastructure to support researchers across the University in planning, starting, delivering and disseminating research. We support costing tools (Resolve and the new X5 project), website creation, secure data storage and various other research IT needs.

Services for Teaching
- IT Services boasts a long history of directly supporting teaching and learning technologies through its LTG group. We work with with colleagues in Technology-Assisted Lifelong Learning (TALL) the Department of Education and the Oxford Learning Institute (OLI) to disseminate information about the use of learning technology within the University. We also support the University's ITunes presence.

Services for Administration
- The University's core administrative systems are delivered by IT services in conjunction with UAS. We provide the IT to underpin systems running the University's student records, finance, human resources, development and alumni relations and various other key areas. We also provide desktop services to central parts of the University.

Services for Staff
- IT Services provides a wide variety of services to support staff in their work for the University. We provide the core email system, VPN access to resources when outside the Oxford network, repair for your computer and backup to keep important data safe. IT Services is also home to the University's telecommunications supporting thousands of telephones.

- From getting on the network via wireless to finding course resources in WebLearn, IT Services support student IT needs. We provide the nexus email service, and other essential tools such as VPN and the student records system. We also run the award-winning mobile oxford which covers everything from books in the library to local buses, and an online shop.

Services for Infrastructure
- IT underpins day-to-day life across the collegiate university. IT Services provide the foundational infrastructure to support network access, email and other key activities. IT at Oxford is a supported by a partnership between IT Services and departmental and college IT staff. IT Services provide accelerated access for our IT partners to core resources and our support services.
