Ron has over ten years of entrepreneurial experience and twelve years of management experience. Prior to founding PlanetSoho he founded Indivisual TV and the Karaoke Channel, two international media companies. Before that Ron served as the head of sales and marketing for Media Direct Ltd., a leading direct-marketing company. Ron holds a BA in Economics and Human Behavior from Academic College of Tel Aviv. Ron is also the author of the best-selling books in Israel: Robert's Golden Advice and Did I murder Gadi Elmaliach?

Eran Manor
CPO
Eran has over ten years of experience in project flowcharting, interface wireframing, and interface design, bundled with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the way CRM and ERP systems work. Eran holds an MA in Media Studies from the New School University in NYC.

Avi Shefi
CTO
Avi is an entrepreneur who is passionate about technology and likes to combine skills and data to present interesting stories about real-life scenarios. Between founding start-ups and being part of the success of big companies, Avi has lead technological teams in varying positions and gained insight into information systems, e-commerce, and consumer applications. Avi has both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in computer science.

Kate Gerwe
CMO
Kate has over twenty years of Silicon Valley experience and is a veteran of both startups and large, established companies. Most recently she was CMO at Proxio, a real estate industry platform, and COO at Lucid Design Group, a pioneer in SaaS-based real-time energy monitoring. She led teams for fourteen years at both Yahoo! and Netscape focusing on online marketing, customer acquisition, and corporate partnerships. Prior to that, she led International Marketing at Netscape, and she was VP of marketing for small businesses at AOL, focusing on AOL’s 5 million SOHOs. She has a BA and MBA from Stanford University.

Eyal Weitzman
Head of BI
Eyal is an experienced expert in leveraging the accumulated data in the organization to make a true business impact. Eyal's earlier work experience includes leading Business Intelligence teams at the corporate level and six years of leading IT teams at Intel Corporation, supporting one of the world's largest and most advanced automatic chip manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining Intel, Eyal served as an executive officer (XO) aboard an Israeli missile boat. Eyal holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Ben-Gurion University of Be'er Sheva.

Yuval Lev
Head of Strategy
Yuval has fifteen years of experience in the marketing industry creating marketing strategies, leading positioning processes, and building brand stories and brand content strategies. He has worked with global brands and leading companies in Israel. Yuval was founder and CEO (for eight years) of McCann Content, in the McCann Ericson Israel group. Prior to that, he was the business development VP at BBR-Saatchi & Saatchi Israel. Yuval graduated in excellence from the Academy of Commercial Communications. He has been a lecturer at Ariel University and a columnist in Israel's leading business newspaper, Globes.

Matt Weeks

Matt leads strategic partner and distribution relationships. Matt’s career spans over 25 years of tech-industry experience at companies including B of A, Wells Fargo, Moody’s, HP, Intuit, and others. A serial start-up guy, Matt has founded several companies, serves on the boards of several others, and is active in the venture community. He holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA in Finance and New Venture Management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and he is highly active in its Alumni Association.

Naomi Lutsky
VP of HR
Naomi has over fifteen years of global human resources experience, with both startups and well-established organizations. Naomi led human resource teams and held various positions focusing on recruitment and hiring processes, organizational and managerial consulting, and compensation methods (Israel and US). Naomi has a BA in Psychology from Bar Ilan University and an MA in Consulting Psychology from Tel Aviv University.

Anishiya Taneja
VP of Implementation
Anishiya has led strategy and product for both startups and large established companies. Most recently, Anishiya was CEO/founder of TravelDNA, a machine-learning-based startup in the travel industry. Prior to that, Anishiya was a senior manager at Amazon, where she built the International and Monetization/Advertising teams from scratch to successful business divisions at IMDb. She has 15+ years' experience in product management and product marketing. Anishiya is a fellow of the Council of Women World Leaders. Anishiya has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MPA from Harvard University.

Michael Jackson
Michael joined Mangrove in 2007 after serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Skype, being directly in charge of rapidly making the company turn from an idea into a well-managed multi-million dollar business. With over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, Michael had the opportunity to work for, grow, and found over a dozen different businesses. Michael graduated with honors from University College London with a degree in Communications Engineering.
Mark Goines
Mark has an extensive track record of working with high-growth companies as an entrepreneur, executive, and angel investor. Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Mark helped build and run Intuit’s consumer tax business (TurboTax). He also served as senior vice president of Intuit’s International Division, managing businesses on every continent, creating new products, acquiring companies and building partnerships. Mark also served in executive positions at Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab. Mark holds an MBA and a BS from the University of California at Berkeley. He served as president of the Los Altos Educational Foundation and has been elected as a trustee of the Los Altos School Board.
Nir Tralovsky
Nir Tralovsky has been a serial seed investor for the last 15 years. He has been behind the success of companies like Nielsen BuzzMetrics, Adsmarket, surfEU, RSL Communications, PSINet Europe and others.
Roy Saar
Roy founded and developed several startup companies over the past 15 years, including Sphera Corporation (sold to Parallels in 2007) and RFcell Technologies, and was involved in the launch of Wix.com and Polaris Solutions. Roy holds a bachelor's degree in Economy and Administration.
