How Your Gift Helps

Your gifts open the door of knowledge... change a life...
make New York a better place.

$25 would allow us to purchase two children’s books to delight young readers.

$55 would represent three books for our Job Search collection, to help guide New Yorkers on interview skills, resume writing and finding positions.

$113 could buy one reference volume for our renowned research collection.

$300 would represent a Children’s Story Hour or Puppet Show to bring a whole new world of discovery to our youngest patrons.

$1,350 would enable us to purchase a Job Search laptop with special software.

The Library does not rent or sell its donor mailing lists, but sometimes we exchange names and postal addresses with other nonprofit organizations whose information we believe may be of interest to our members. Exchanging our list with other reputable charitable organizations is the most cost effective way to find new supporters. We hope you agree. The option is yours.
