why would you have a theme that allows for classified ads, buying and selling when you don't offer easy integration with payment services for uploading products and for buyers to pay sellers? it seems like you're missing the boat and it should be an easy fix

Softline Pastel Accounting extension for South African vendors (pastel.co.za) From client, "I get my orders on the web and we afterwards then for tax purposes create invoices in Pastel. That is double work. The other problem is the stock. I add stock to both the web and pastel, but if a walk in client buys something it only goes off Pastel and if we forget to update the web we might sell something to somebody which we do not have."

Add the option of adding custom fields to the checkout process of WooCommerce. This would give us the ability to collect additional information (sometimes required) from the purchaser to complete their order. It can also be a "module" option between the "cart" and the final "checkout" Example: 1. add to cart, 2, provide additional information, 3. checkout. I currently use Cart66 and GravityForms to accomplish this, but would love to replace this with WooCommerce if they could add this feature! Anyone else think it's a good idea??? Vote please :)

The backend would allow user to create the add-on products with either simple or variable pages with pricing separate from it's original product page. For example, customer buys a baseball, then there's extra options: a baseball bat and helmet etc., If the add-on products are also simple/variable products on the site,the price offered could be less because you are creating a kit of related products right on the product page itself which may sell more products. Backend must be able to keep track of both the original and Add-on product pages for synergy of inventory. Created with the ability to change how the font size, description, and thumbnail is displayed. Further, it would be nice if you could force all attribute sets added on product edit screens to be added as global attribute sets. So if clients are not savvy, you can choose that setting as an administrator. The Value|Value|Value method of adding values can seem very crude and hard to grasp for some users, where as the global attribute set edit interface on post edit screens is much easier to understand.

I like to divide customers to different groups and assign some products to specific customers groups. So I can show different products to different customers. On the product edit page there can be an option (like the categories) to assign the product to one ore more customergroups.

Authorize.net allows customers to be PCI compliant with their CIM API. It would be great to have this addon to allow for recurring billing as well. An example would be for Club Memberships that require automatic shipments of the customers product(s).

Please pass on this link to your Dwolla developer to see if this could be integrated into the extension. What is amazing about this is that you no longer need an account with Dwolla to transfer the money. This would be a big plus for WooCommerce because now there is no way to transfer money from one bank account to another on a WooCommerce transaction in the United States. In Europe and elsewhere money can be transfered between banks, but based on all the extensions I have seen offered, Dwolla is the only one where money is transferred bank to bank -- and now they offer this without have a Dwolla account (something like a PayPal account). They call it guest check out blog.dwolla.com/guest-checkout/ Pass on my information to him and I would be happy to work with him if he needs someone.

On the layered navigation have the option to make each section reveal more after so many results. There's a few different ways of doing this. You could have the panels collapse and open like an accordion type panel similar to this: (Refine on right) www.selfridges.com/en/Menswear/Categories/Denim/ You could have a "Show more..." link after say 5 results, that slide down to reveal all layered navigation results for each section. By integrating with Buddypress, courses could have their own group for those on the course, and that could include a forum and discussion, as well as everything else linked with a group. It would also be good to have a tab in the user's front-end admin which would list their courses and any information pertaining to those courses. There are many things that could be done by integrating with Buddypress...

I'm looking for a way to protect PDF ebooks as best as possible. PDF Stamping seems to be the way to go. Before the PDF is sent a version of the PDF is created with the customer details 'stamped' in the footer (or somewhere) of every page. A small but useful deterrent against sharing the file. E-junkie does it as standard. There is also this WP plugin but I wouldn't know how to integrate it into WooCommerce (www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper/). Please vote for this feature. I'm sure lots of people would find it useful. Or if you are someone who creates extensions I'm sure there are a lot of people who would buy it. I'm sure a lot of people who sell ebooks don't know it's even possible. Thanks!

In some kinds of business (like mine, online courses), the client will buy just one product or pack so theres no sense to have a cart. The client chooses the product and go directly to checkout page, skipping the "add to cart, continue shopping, go to checkout" in between.

Layaway option for products: In addition to the "Add to Cart" button, have a "Add to Layaway" option where the customer can reserve the item for a portion of the total cost, as downpayment. Then mark the item as "Layaway" so no one else can buy it. Allow the customer to make additional payments later on. Once the customer pays the full amount, take the product off layaway, and proceed with the normal order processing on the backend. Additional functionality: - require the customer be signed in to take advantage of the feature - optionally add a financing cost or some flat fee for use of service

If you have variable products in your store, and WooCommerce creates all variations for you, it will create them in a totally random fashion. Let's think about jeans sizes (Width/Length). Size 32x30 may appear as the first variation in your list, and the next logical variation 32x32 will be nowhere close. So this forces you to search for it all over the page. But then variation 32x34 is again somewhere else, and again you lose time searching for it. Imagine doing that for all other variations, and it's a huge waste of time. Adding a simple sort function would be a huge time-saver.

It would be awesome if my existing Wordpress galleries or NextGen galleries can be converted to products. I.e I set up a Gravity form with all the print media types with sizes in drop boxes which opens in a lightbox window for clients to buy prints of the photos from their photo shoots. Maybe the "buy prints" button can appear when hovering the mouse over a thumbnail along with a "view larger" button to open the image in lighbox. I hope this makes sense ;-)

For sites using Woocommerce themes that link to other peoples products rather than selling their own. Like my deal site, I find products that are reduced on other retailers websites and then add the product details on mine, linking to those deals. It would be nice to be able to expire those deals that are no longer available with a one click expire function or something similar. The product would still show on the site, but would have an expired banner across the product thumbnail showing that the product / deal is no longer available
