why would you have a theme that allows for classified ads, buying and selling when you don't offer easy integration with payment services for uploading products and for buyers to pay sellers? it seems like you're missing the boat and it should be an easy fix

For example, when you click on the attributes tab, and click add, there could be a check box or option to add it as a global attribute set. Further, it would be nice if you could force all attribute sets added on product edit screens to be added as global attribute sets. So if clients are not savvy, you can choose that setting as an administrator. The Value|Value|Value method of adding values can seem very crude and hard to grasp for some users, where as the global attribute set edit interface on post edit screens is much easier to understand.

For example: The attribute tab. Users currently have to save a post after adding attributes in order for them to appear in the variations tab. I want to add a nice little paragraph explaining that to users, but there is currently not a hook to do so.

make a theme like optimize press for internet marketers. make it integrate with WooCommerce. this will be killer awesome cool! it will solve many problems for us internet marketers. my issue with optimizepress is that 1. it doesn't work with WooCommerce (obviously) and 2. i don't have the option to add extensions like the ones you have available with WooThemes. 3. I'm already a developer club subscriber with woothemes, i'd rather work with you guys because of the flexibility of using your themes and frameworks. regards marius

For sites using Woocommerce themes that link to other peoples products rather than selling their own. Like my deal site, I find products that are reduced on other retailers websites and then add the product details on mine, linking to those deals. It would be nice to be able to expire those deals that are no longer available with a one click expire function or something similar. The product would still show on the site, but would have an expired banner across the product thumbnail showing that the product / deal is no longer available

Right now, with the Listings theme, users registered as "listing contributors" can upload a listing from the front end, without accesssing the WP admin. It would be great if those same "listing contributors" could modify and delete their own listings from the front end, without ever seeing the WP admin. For example, when they login to upload a new listing, they would also find a list of past listings with the links "modify" and "delete" next to them. When they would click on "modify", they would access the same form as the "upload a listing" form, but it would already be filled out with the info they submitted earlier and they could make changes. Is such a feature planned in the future?

WooThemes recommend to use child-themes to customize themes. Most of your themes offer to select your themes alternative color scheme in Theme Options. You could create your own /style folder with alternative colors in the child-themes directory, however WooFramework will not recognize your custom stylesheets. I guess it should be pretty simple to code this kind of check it into the woo_output_alt_stylesheet function in functions/admin-setup.php This would make child-themes even more reasonable! I would love the ability to add Mega Menus to themes, whether that be a new part of the framework or a new plugin. By Mega Menu, I'm referring to the larger, expanded menus that allow for the multiple columns to pop up during roll over and the insertion of HTML items (images, etc). For a direct application, I think Listings is a great first install. Being a directory theme, it that will most likely display LOTS of subcategories and a Mega Menu would make this much more manageable.

Two main plugins that I'm using that this effects are Black Studio TinyMCE widget and WooDojo - HTML Term Description and the shortcodes button isn't visible on either of these. Not only that, If I input the shortcodes manually within WooDojo HTML Term Description they don't work and just shows the actual shortcode on the front end.

The output of shortcodes is fully dependent on the code in the template files where the content is output.

Therefore, while it is fully possible to add shortcodes within the HTML Term Description (we won't be adding the shortcode generator button here), the shortcodes would still need to be rendered on the frontend using the do_shortcode() function. :)

You can accomplish a text overlay on top of an image with WooSlider using the Post slide type, but this isn't possible with the Slide type. I would suggest adding more options to the Slide type in WooSlider so you can overlay text on top of an image. I've found it confusing for some users when you have to explain to them that they edit images and text in their slides under "Posts" instead of "Slides" in wp-admin.

It would give much more flexibility, create responsive sites and keep us in the Woo Family. Currently , I have to go to wp-types.com/ and use their plug ins which cost more than the Listings Theme does.

Would love to see a jQuery solution for Canvas (and other responsive themes) that make video embeds responsive as well introduce into core theme functions. I hated having to scavenge around the internet for a plugin/code to accomplish this, and really like how FitVids.js provides a good solution without any additional user input needed (like wrapping embeds in divs). :-)

It's largely accessible to people using screen readers, but there are some problems: - feature slider doesn't work with a screen reader - text contrast - input field doesn't seem to be picked up properly I've used an accessibility checker, which gives more details: achecker.ca/checker/index.php Some of these can be fixed by us (e.g. contrast between link colour and background), but there are other changes that should be done within the theme (e.g. markers, feature slider). I could also run this with a screen reader and generate a detailed list. Would it be possible to integrate these changes into an upcoming version of WhiteLight and other WooThemes? Thanks
