Limited account spread to friends and family

This statement is true and correct to my knowledge. Within I describe my current issues with Paypal and my attempts to resolve such issues. I also list damages caused by Paypal to this point.

On November 10, 2012 I changed my Paypal profile information to the sub category “adult media” in the digital media category. I read their terms of service and acceptable use policy and my content violates neither.

On November 11, 2012 my Paypal account had been limited due to infringement of said policies, but nothing specific was mentioned.

On November 12, 2012 my father called me to ask me why his account had been limited, and what I was doing for money. This caused me not only to have to disclose private information to him, but also in such a way that made him think what I was doing violated some of those terms. In fact he was sent an e-mail which told him that he is not allowed to purchase items that contain “certain sexually oriented materials or services for items that could be considered obscene.” At this time they froze the $100 I had sent to him the day before as payment for a loan he gave me for my vehicle.

On November 13, 2012 my father called me and told me that Paypal had begun withdrawing funds of all different amounts from his bank account in the middle of the night. He stated he would go to his bank, (Bank of America which he did) and they disputed the items and said that they were considering litigation. On this day my old neighbor and good friend Catherine R called and told me the same thing but for different amounts of money. On this day I called Paypal and talked to a representative in the limitations department. he stated that it was impossible this was happening because it would be illigal. He said he could not do anything for me without me being on the phone with Catherine or my father and them at the same time.

On November 14, 2012 I continue to get automated emails from Paypal which are all from different parts of the company and all say different things, but nothing specific. When I logged into my Paypal account some dated information had been changed in their favor. On this day Catherines money was returned to her bank and her bank decided they are going to press charges. I had to drive 2 hours round trip to talk with cat and view her records.

On November 15, 2012 I called Paypal again. This time the person was very rude to me and told me that those people must have authorized those transactions because it is illigal to take money out of an account without authorization. He told me all could do was send an e-mail, which I have already done and got automated responses. My father and Catherine continue to have the same issues.

On November 16, 2012 I had to drive 6 hours round trip to speak with my father and see his records. On this day Paypal removed funds from his credit card because the bank was disputing the charges. I looked on Paypal and noticed that I was being blamed for the transactions that were occuring on Catherines account. It stated that her bank declined MY requests. But my records show that the money in question was refunded by me 4 days prior. Also, my fathers credit card shows the recipiant of the money to be “Mark Paypal.” But they sent him a notice saying it was for something else and would be billed as such, no mention of Mark Paypal.

On November 17, 2012 I am writing this letter to keep record of the events that have occured. I have copies on paper of all emails from all parties, as well as all bank records. I will be sending this to Paypal’s many email addresses, Catherine R, and my father Martin M, as well as a few attorneys, multiple news organizations, online sites that try to uncover fraud and scams, and Paypals arbitration mediators. I also will be filing complaints with the Better Buisness Buero, and the Federal Trade Commission and any other entity that might be concerned with this matter.

I am attempting to collect:
$25 frozen in my account.
$100 in gas expensis related to this issue.
$200 in loss of income due to multiple anxiety attacks which caused me to be unable to do my daily routines.
$1,000 in damages to my reputation and buissiness, as well as my invasion of privacy by telling my father and by naming and attacking my online buisinesses that I never disclosed to them and have no relation to Paypal whatsoever.
I also expect my account to go back into good standing as I have done nothing that violates any terms in any agreement with Paypal. That needs to come with the assurance that I do not have to fear any further harrassment by said company.
I also expect all harrassment and theft of people who I have had transactions with, along with a statement of my inocence regarding their charges. As well as a notice to Catherine R’s bank stating that they, not I, attempted to remove unauthorized funds.
