We did a ska version of this rocksteady song. It was originally

recorded by the one of the most talented vocal groups of all time, The

Ethiopians.

This cool little country number was originally done by singer Glen Glenn and was written by country performer/comedian Pete Stamper. He had a way with words and song titles. Pete’s like the Yogi Berra of Country and Western. Pete also wrote and performed a tune called “A Chevy–Kaiser-Olds-Mo-Laca-Stud-War-Linco-Baker” about a car he Frankensteined out of a bunch of different car parts.

Me and the LA Country Gentleman put down this song written by him for your listening pleasure.

This one’s a tune that rockabilly wildcat Mac Curtis recorded originally. It was written by Jim Shell, who also penned a song or two for rockabilly great Bob Luman. This is our take on “If I Had Me A Woman”.

I’ve been friends with NOFX since the 1980s. Operation Ivy used to gig with them. Fat Mike’s one of my favorite people of all time. This one’s right in the Bivona Brothers wheel house. We had a great time.

Rancid had the honor of playing with Cock Sparrer in the UK during their 40th Anniversary. Everyone in Rancid considers these guys our brothers.

The twins and I took a wild ride on this song which was originally released on Cock Sparrer’s classic Shock Troops album.

Sham 69 is one of Rancid’s favorite bands of all time. One of my favorite scenes in the movie Rude Boy is when Joe Strummer invites Jimmy Pursey of Sham 69 onstage to sing with the Clash. It’s a great moment. This is the twins and I doing our take on a classic!

On those long overnight drives on the bus, Rancid watches horror movies and spaghetti westerns like Django. There’s that great scene in the first film where Franco Nero pulls the machine gun out of the coffin. Jimmy Cliff’s character watches that same scene while at the movies in Harder They Come. This is our take on Rancid’s song, originally on the ‘Indestructible’ album.
