Free Shipping on all complete product orders totaling $99.00 or more (excludes tax, shipping, or handling charges) received through Oneida.com.
- Handling fee applied to select items based on weight and/or size.
- Offer valid only for UPS ground deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.
Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase. These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. See the tables below for Standard, Standard Premier, UPS next day, and UPS second day shipping rates. UP1 & UP2 shipments may require a signature. Please allow 24 hours processing time before shipment will leave our facility. We suggest that you contact our customer service team at 1-888-263-7195 to confirm order/delivery. Orders entered after 2:00 pm EST will enter our shipping facility the following day.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm).
Please note that UPS is unable to ship UP1 & UP2 shipments to P.O. Boxes.
UPS may not deliver Saturday/Sunday. Please contact our service team to confirm.
Oneida reserves the right to assess a shipping & handling fee to large volume and oversized product orders.

Freight / Handling Charges for UPS Ground Shipments
UPS will tender all packages weighing 10 pounds or less to your local post office for delivery.
Standard packages will ship within 72-96 business hours after the order is place when all product is in stock. When all product is not in stock, the complete order will ship when product becomes available.
- PayPal orders will be billed at the time of order placement.
- When purchasing backordered items through our web site, you will not be charged until the complete order has been shipped.
- Expect that your order will ship based on the available date of the backordered product purchased.

When you place an order at Oneida.com, your order immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once your order has been submitted, please refer to our easy return and exchange policy.
