I have a Professor who wants to import citations from word into EndNote.  The hitch is that she did not use EndNote to add the citations in the first place.  She added the citations by hand.

Question: Is there a way of important non-formatted endnote citations into EndNote.  Also if there is how does a PC differ from a MAC?

If your professor used MS Word's built-in citation program to generate the citations then it's possible to export the MS Word citations/references into EndNote. Otherwise if she/he manually typed the citations without using MS Word's citation/reference program there doesn't appear to be a current workaround to import them into EndNote. There are differences between PC and Mac versions of EndNote but address configuration differences between the 2 systems.
