The $8 dollar site fee covers both Saturday and Sunday. Site tokens must be
visible at all times. Feast tokens must be shown for feast. Gate opens to event guests at 8:30 AM. Site closes 11PM. A&S Happy Hour begins at 5PM.

be visible at all times. Feast tokens must be shown for feast. Gate opens to event guests at 8:30 AM. Site closes 8PM. Registration for Crown lists begins at or about 9AM.

Children 12 & under, half price site fee.
Children under 5 free.
Family Cap: $30, immediate family/minor dependents.

Non-member surcharge: $3 per person.

Lunch will be available on site both days for an extra fee.
Event lunch taverns are fundraisers for local area groups.

Come see the fabulous works of our kingdom's best artisans on Saturday; plus rapier activities, archery a bardic variety show and more. Sunday's big event is Crown Tournament!

Due to space limitations, no indoor or outdoor daycamps. Event guests
may bring chairs to view the tourneys or for court. The
main hall has bleachers that will be made available after the A&S
judging and for courts and tourneys as needed. More Info:


The main building is HC accessible. The merchant area may be reached
via a paved access walk or the site's paved driveway.
Be aware that the merchant area is slightly downhill from the main hall
and list areas.

Crown lists and merchant tents have priority on the grounds. Building and main restrooms are HC accessible; showers in men's locker only.

Merchant space is very limited; therefore merchants with authentic and/or
period wares will receive priority. Please contact the event steward
(details below) for merchanting information. Armorers are particularly
needed.

Site closes 11PM on Saturday. All SCA folks must be off-site by 11PM, with the
exception of our merchant security folks. If you are still on site at
11PM, thank you for volunteering for merchant security!

Site closes to populace at 8PM Sunday evening. If you are still on site
past 8PM, thank you for volunteering for the clean-up crew!

Directions

Take your best route to I-77 in Summit County.

Northbound I-77: exit at Arlington Road, turn left.
Go under the highway,turn right on Jarvis.
Follow Jarvis parallet to the highway, and turn right
on Krebs--look for the Tadmor Shrine sign.
