Refund Policy

A member can request a refund to be processed for any reason. If the refund in question is a recurring charge, the latest payment will be refunded. All refunds must be processed within 60 days. Any refunds will cancel the membership. If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
In the event of charge back, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may add you to the blacklist with our processor, which will complicate possibilities of future membership. Refuting a purchase that you have made is illegal and will result in a sever investigation. Please contact our PSM Help Representative if you have any further questions.
