ICSTI 2012 Annual Conference & Exhibition
Washington, DC | October 15-16, 2012
Welcome to ICSTI 2012 Annual Conference & Exhibition
The International Council for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI) is pleased to be working with the Library of Congress to present this most timely and multidisciplinary annual conference in Washington, DC. There are so many issues that arise today which fall directly at the intersection of science, ethics and law. Many of these highlight areas where the three disciplines can benefit from a knowledge and understanding of each other's practices and perspectives. Other issues may arise from the very fact that the disciplines have such different approaches to problem-solving. This conference attempts to bring some of the key and contemporary issues to light for discussion and exploration among practitioners in all three areas--science, ethics and law.
