Our pies are not always round
Located in the heart of Chelsea, Co. (pronounced Company) opened in January of 2009 under the direction of Sullivan Street Bakery owner, Jim Lahey. Putting his own spin on Roman style pizza, Lahey created Co. to celebrate food making, the communal dining experience and most importantly bread baking.
Although we welcome all of our guests to join us on a walk-in basis, a limited number of reservations are available for parties of six or more prior to 6:30 PM.
