Development and beta releases for friends
Today (8th of July 2010) we have released the Tradebit Client source code [click] to the "GitHub" under the Apache License.
As the development team focusses on Tradebit.com and the new functionality, it would be a shame to not push further in the development of the client. It has great potential to become an "iTunes" like tool for some...
We decided to open the client as an example of how to work with the GREAT RealBasic development suite. Even if we are not very good with it, we'd like to share the code and what we learned in this little project.
Let us know, if you want to work on it with us and if you need any serverside functionality to make the client a better tool!
One idea, that was floating around is to let coders create their own client version and add the commission cookie to their release, so they get a percentage on any sale they produce via the new release.
