Dear IU Student,
Indiana University is committed to creating a student organization community which “supports the dignity of others, treating each other with civility and understanding.” As it gets warmer and students spend more time outside, creating a safe and respectful environment is even more important. We encourage you to keep this promise in mind and to create a community of care for one another. Any incidents where individuals are mistreated or harassed can be reported to an Indiana University incident team at trust@indiana.edu. Additionally, if you are concerned that someone is being mistreated due to organizational or individual hazing, please contact Student Life and Learning at iusll@indiana.edu or 812-855-4311 or Student Ethics at ethics@indiana.edu or (812) 855-5419. We encourage you to Step Up! and report any activity you feel is not civil or respectful.
