FBK participates in the Research Quality Assessment, VQR 2004-2010 national exercise

The Bruno Kessler Foundation joined the national campaign for research assessment called VQR 2004-2010, conducted by the National Agency for the Assessment of the University and Research Systems (ANVUR).

The assessment exercise, that was officially launched in November 2011, is by far the most ambitious and important one ever attempted nationwide. As a matter of fact, it involves over 100 institutions and almost 70 thousand authors, for an estimated total 184 thousand research products to be assessed by 14 committees, composed of 450 members.

Bruno Caprile, Head of FBK's Research Assessment Unit, tells us where the participation of the Fondazione Bruno Kessler stems from and where the process stands now.
