How do I Employ an Apprentice?

There are 4 essential stages to employing a Creative Apprentice.

1. The Job Description

An apprenticeship has to have a job description based on the reality of the work you want your apprentice to do. It’s your job to provide most of the work based training they’ll need.

2. Understanding the Qualification Requirements

During their employment an apprentice also needs to undertake additional training and assessment, as well as keeping a portfolio of evidence. This additional training and assessment is provided by Creative Alliance. We have a team of vastly experienced and skilled Assessors with a wealth of real industry experience.

3. The Advertising Process

The post is advertised on the National Apprenticeship website. You can advertise the opportunity through your own channels, however you need to direct people to the National Apprenticeship Website to apply.

4. The Selection Process

The selection process should be in line with your own recruitment and selection processes. Creative Alliance can support you in this should you require.
