ABOUT
Josh Greathouse wanted to create comics since he saw his older sister paint a high school project in the house kitchen. He thought he wanted to be a Disney Animator till he heard two requirements. To draw a realistic human (which he tries to create each week) and to draw a thousand pictures at once. He didn’t know the difference about in beteewners or key frames. He assumed someone drew all of the scenes by themselves.
In September 2005 he attended the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia. He started out as a double major in Film and Sequential art. After about a year, he dropped film to focus on Sequential art. In the winter of 2008, he went to Japan for two weeks where me meet Marvel Inker, Dexter Vines. Dexter helped convince Josh that Atlanta would be a good move for him. In that springs Josh moved to the city after graduation.
Josh started on Scotty Odyssey in November of 2010, after ending another webcomic. He wanted to create a comic that mirrored the childhood comics and cartoons he grew up with. Also wanted to do something not only all ages could read but something for his nieces and nephews. He works on other art but has found a true love in this action adventure comic such as Scotty Odyssey.
