The Four Principles of Mindfulness in Meditation
This teaching highlights four specific areas to focus one’s attention on during formal mediation practice: Mindfulness of Body, Mindfulness of Feeling, Mindfulness of Mind, and finally Mindfulness of Reality. During these teachings Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will provide instructions on how to experience the true nature of reality through using these four traditional forms of meditation.
