The United Nations Normalcy Council, formed in 1959, is the supreme international body tasked with monitoring and responding to any threats to worldwide normalcy and status quo. UNUCC is the primary enforcement and monitoring organ of the Council; all mandates for UNUCC missions must come from the Normalcy Council.
The United States, China, Russia, France, and the United Kingdom are all permanent members of the Council. They may exercise their veto power at any time. Additionally, 4 revolving members make up the full Council. They are currently Monaco, the Falkland Islands, Bangladesh, and Slovakia.
