NAPALI COAST STATE WILDERNESS PARK, KAUA'I REOPENS. Hikers allowed on Kalalau Trail
1/7/2013 - The Napali Coast State Wilderness Park , Kaua'i, reopened to the public today. This can change at any time as a law enforcement action continues. The public is cautioned to remain vigilant and heed posted notices at the Kalalau Trailhead. Police and enforcement officers continue to search for a potentially dangerous fugitive who allegedly threw a park visitor from a cliff in Kalalau Valley on Sunday, December 16, critically injuring her. .
