| Presentation abstract: | Two years ago you might have been forgiven for thinking that PeopleTools wasn't going to go anywhere new, but the combination of the need to prepare for Fusion and Applications Unlimited initiative have breathed new life into PeopleTools. Version 8.48 have seen a number of subtle but significant changes. This session will discuss some of them. |

| Speaker biography: | David Kurtz has worked with the Oracle database since 1989 and with PeopleSoft ERP applications since 1996, specialising in systems performance consultancy (www.go-faster.co.uk). He is a regular presenter at Oracle and PeopleSoft conferences. He is the author of ‘PeopleSoft for the Oracle DBA’, published by Apress (www.psftdba.com). Since 2000 David has been chair of the UKOUG’s Unix SIG, and is now a UKOUG director representing the PeopleSoft community. |
