PMMail 2000 - Professional & Standard Versions

The flagship product of the PMMail line is available in two formats depending on your needs. PMMail 2000 features many elements necessary for today's businesses - be it small or large - to communicate effectively with their customers. Companies around the world can communicate with all of their customers - internal and external - with this leading email program. One of the most user-friendly programs on the market, PMMail 2000 is packed with all the tools necessary to handle your email needs.

PMMail 2000 Standard and PMMail 2000 Professional are both loaded with the same powerful feature set. The only functional difference between these two powerful email clients is that the Professional version features integrated PGP encryption while the Standard version does not. Except for this one feature they are exactly alike.

Security
The Professional version comes with a built-in security program -- PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) ® integrated. This feature allows messages and attachments to be encrypted automatically with one of the most popular encryption programs on the market. In addition, it contains message signing as well as keyring management including the setup and creation of private and public keys. The PGP integration is seamlessly incorporated into the program so that anyone can use it.

Functionality
Through its proprietary filtering language, Internet Communication Search Language (ICSL), PMMail 2000 can organize your email so you don't have to. Received email can be assigned their own sub-folders and can be routed directly there. This filtering engine can sort through variations of messages, generate auto-replies, perform the functions of a mailing list and most of all help control SPAM. You can also view and manipulate the mail on the server without using Telnet. Click here for a screenshot of PMMail's 'Remote Control' window.

Integration
PMMail 2000 has a migration wizard that allows users of other email programs to smoothly transfer their existing account settings, along with their current messages and address books, into a new PMMail account. PMMail can currently import account data from Eudora 5.1.1 and below, Netscape 3, Netscape 4.x, and Outlook Express 6 and below. As a matter of fact, if your current email client can save messages to a plain text format, PMMail can import them.

Streamlined
The address manager does more than collect email addresses - it can be used as a personal information manager - allowing for in-depth information about each contact.

Organization
PMMail features information, statistics, and data in convenient status areas at the bottom of all windows, allowing the user easy-access at their fingertips. PMMail also has group list functionality, making sending messages to your family, friends, and associates even easier.

Edit
PMMail wants you to be comfortable and get it right. You can set PMMail to use your editor of choice for both composing and viewing messages. Externally edited messages also take full advantage of all the internal editor features including spell check, signature and word wrap.

Internet
Need to surf the web? PMMail works with your web browser. To save time, you can set PMMail to dial the Internet for you with its internal dialer hooks.
