JEMU uses taxonomy to refute creationists' anti-evolutionary claims

JEMU is not only devoted to DNA barcoding and molecular systematic research, but also more generally to promoting taxonomy as a fundamental scientific endeavour that is essential to study and understand the evolution of life on earth. As such JEMU also wants to contribute to the public understanding of biological evolution. To this end members of the JEMU team published a paper to provide students and teachers with a taxonomy based refutation of the anti-evolutionary claims expressed in the infamous “Atlas of Creation” of the popular Turkish creationist Harun Yahya.
