Local Information

ACM IMC 2012 will be held in the Trustees Ballroom, One Silber Way, on the campus of Boston University in Boston Massachusetts.

The Boston metro/subway system is locally known as the "T". The BU Trustees Ballroom is on the Green Line, at the Blandford St. station.

Hotel information

IMC 2012 participants should make their own hotel reservations. We list below a few of the hotels that are close to the BU campus. The IMC venue, on the BU campus, is located near the Boston metro/subway line (see above), it can be reached easily from many other Boston and Cambridge hotels by public transportation.

Hotel Commonwealth. The Hotel Commonwealth has set aside a “BU/IMC Conference" block of rooms at $269/night. The cutoff date for reserving within this block is 10/14/2012.
Hyatt Regency, Cambridge. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge has set aside a “BU/IMC Conference" block of rooms at $195/night. The cutoff date for reserving within this block is 10/23/2012. Boston Hotel Buckminster. This hotel, located close to the BU campus, bills itself as "Boston's premiere budget hotel."
